(1.) By this petition) the petitioners challenge the constitutional validity of certain provisions of the Terrorists and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1985. It is not disputed that the question can be raised before the High court inasmuch as it involves the constitutional validity of the provisions of the Act.
