JUDGEMENT

(1.) Special leave granted.

(2.) Shri S. Markandeya and Shri T.V.S.N. Chari, learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent respectively have filed a compromise petition requesting the Court to pass a decree in terms of the compromise petition in substitution of the decrees passed by the High Court and the Courts below. We accordingly set aside the decrees passed by the High Court and the Courts below and pass a decree in terms of the compromise petition in substitution of the decree passed by the High Court. The compromise petition shall form part of this order. The appeals are accordingly disposed of.
