JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard learned counsel for the appellant Raj Nath. Learned counsel for the respondent-State states that he has no instructions from the State in respect of the appellant's bail application. Aft considering the matter, we direct that the appellant Raj Nath be leased on bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaunpur, which bail may be granted subject, inter alia to the condition that the appellant Raj Nath will report every evening at t nearest Police Station. Crl. M P. is disposed of accordingly.
