Decided On April 01, 1987
MUSHTAQ BEG Appellant
V/S
STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) ORDER

(2.) THIS is a false and frivolous application making wild allegations against the learned Sessions Judge, who is known for his integrity. The High court while rejecting the transfer application has observed that nothing has come to its notice during all these years which could cause any doubt about the probity and conduct of the learned Sessions Judge. We view with great concern the growing tendency of terrorizing the Judges by making wild allegations against them casting aspersions and making baseless imputations. The special leave petition <PG>192</PG> direct that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 5,000.00 in this court by way of costs within three weeks from today. The said amount shall be credited to the account of the Supreme court Legal Aid Society. The amount, if not paid, shall be recovered by attachment and sale of the properties of the petitioners.
