JUDGEMENT

(1.) Civil Appeal No. 4678 of 2017 was filed at the instance of petitioner who lost before the High Court. The petitioner sought appointment in a Non Joining Duty(NJD) vacancy that was turned down by the Public Service Commission and the stand of the Public Service Commission was confirmed by the State Administrative Tribunal and the High Court.

(2.) When the matter reached before this Court at the instance of the petitioner, this Court on 27th March, 2017 passed the following order:-

(3.) It appears that the Public Service Commission again considered the matter on merits and turned down the request of the petitioner and the hence the petitioner has invoked the contempt jurisdiction.
