JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 12.04.2005 passed by the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur in D.B. Criminal Appeal No. 833 of 200

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the relevant material.

(3.) The respondent, Ratan Lal, was convicted by the Trial Court under Section 302 IPC for causing the death of his wife and was sentenced to suffer life imprisonment.
