JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this special leave petition against the impugned judgment dated 20.10.2016 passed by the High Court of Rajasthan in S.B. Criminal Appeal No.60 of 1992, disallowing the said appeal and affirming the judgment dated 06.02.1992 of the trial court whereby the petitioner was convicted for offences under sections 307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, the 'IPC') and sentenced to undergo 4 years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 500/-, on each count with default clause.

(2.) Application for impleadment is allowed.

(3.) Cause title be amended accordingly.
