(3.) This appeal by special leave is directed against the judgment and order dated 4.2017 passed by the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur in M.Cr.C No. 1816 of 2017, whereby the High Court dismissed the bail application, which was filed by the appellant herein.
