JUDGEMENT

(1.) In view of the order passed today in SLP(C)Nos.8094-8126/2017 (State of Haryana & Anr. etc.etc. Vs. Pushpendra & Ors. etc.etc.), this petition also stands disposed of in the same terms. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.

(2.) It was submitted that it may be clarified that whatever amount is payable under Sec. 23 of the Land Acquisition Act, all the components have to be treated as part of compensation. Law is well-settled in this regard. All the components under Sec. 23 form part of the compensation. Thus, statutory benefits have to be paid accordingly.
