(2.) We have heard the learned counsels for the parties.

(3.) The challenge in these appeals by the Union of India and the State of Jharkhand is to an order of the High Court of Jharkhand by which the charges framed against the accused respondents under Sections 120B, 420, 477A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 has been quashed.
