(2.) In these appeals, the dispute was between the family members who were closely related to each other.
(3.) Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant argued that it is a case where there was no intention to kill therefore it does not fall within the ambit of Section 302 IPC. According to him, this is a case of sudden fight, where there is no need to convict the accused for life under Section 302 IPC. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the arguments of the learned senior counsel for the appellant and supported the judgment passed by the High Court.
