(2.) We have heard the learned counsels for the parties.

(3.) The accused has been in custody since 8th February, 2016. Though the trial has commenced, considering the number of witnesses that are to be examined the conclusion of the same will take some time. The charges against the accused appellant are under Section 379, 420, 429 and 120B IPC and Section 9, 51, 44, 48 and 48A of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.
