(1.) This Transfer Petition is filed for transfer of Criminal Case No. 531/2016 titled as "Naina Narang & Anr v. Rohit" pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court at Nainpur Madhya Pradesh to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
