(2.) Heard Ms. Sangeeta Kumar, learned Amicus Curiae appearing for the appellant and Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State.

(3.) This appeal is directed against order dated 11.11.2014 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore whereby the High Court dismissed appeal filed by the appellant-herein and convicted him for the offence punishable under Sections 326 and 302 IPC.
