JUDGEMENT

(1.) This special leave petition is preferred against the judgment of the learned Single Judge of the Delhi High court. The remedy of the Letters patent Appeal was available to the petitioners which they ought to have adopted. Accordingly, we decline to entertain this special leave petition. If the LPA is filed within 30 days from today it shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation and may be dealt with according to law.
