JUDGEMENT

(1.) Special leave granted limited to the question of sentence.

(2.) Having regard to all the facts and circumstances of this case we are satisfied that the sentence undergone by the appellant is adequate. We, therefore, allow the appeal partly and reduce the sentence from one of four years' rigorous imprisonment to one of the period already undergone.
