JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order will dispose of three appeals involving common questions of law and facts.

(2.) The State is before this Court impugning the judgment dtd. 17/1/2025 passed by the Division Bench of the High Court [ High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench] in Special Appeals [Special Appeal Nos.214 and 257 of 2020 and Special Appeal No.317 of 2021] filed by the State. The same were filed against 3 different orders passed by the Single Bench of the High Court in Writ Petitions [Service Single Nos. 12609 and 33476 of 2019 and Service Single No. 3415 of 2020] filed by the respondents.

(3.) For the purpose of consideration of the issues involved, we are noticing facts from Civil Appeal No. 14250 of 2025 (arising out of S.L.P.(C) No.19707 of 2025).
