(2.) This appeal arises from the judgment of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad dtd. 15/4/2025, which reduced the compensation in appeal and interfered with the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Kachchh at Bhuj.

(3.) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and now we proceed to decide the matter.
