JUDGEMENT

(1.) The High Court has sent a report along with copy of Death Certificate stating that the sole respondent in Criminal Appeal No. 1497 of 2013 has died. In view of the said development, Criminal Appeal No. 1497 of 2013 is abated against the sole respondent and the same is dismissed as having abated.
