(3.) The parties approached this Court with certain grievance regarding partition of their property. On being referred to mediation to resolve the dispute amicably, the parties have arrived at a settlement before Ms. Sudha Gupta, learned mediator, appointed by the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, and they have duly signed a Deed of Settlement dated 10th August, 2016. The said Deed of Settlement is taken on record.
