JUDGEMENT

(1.) - The petition for special leave to appeal with prayer for interim relief above mentioned being called on for hearing before this Court on the 17th day of July, 2006 upon hearing Counsel for the parties herein this Court while dismissing the Special Leave Petition above mentioned DOTH DIRECT THAT the order of eviction shall not be executed till 31st day of Aug., 2007 on the condition that the petitioner herein files an undertaking in this Court within four weeks from this the 17th day of July, 2006 to the following effect namely ;

(2.) This Court doth further direct that in case of default of compliance with any one or more of the aforesaid conditions or if the undertaking is not filed as required within the stipulated time, the decree shall become executable forthwith.

(3.) And this Court doth lastly order that this order be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned;
