JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave granted.

(2.) 1Each of the appellants was held guilty under Section 304 Part II read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short the IPC), and was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment of 8 years and to pay a fine of Rs. 1,000/- with default stipulation. Additionally, each was convicted in terms of Section 148 IPC and Sections 324 and 326 read with Section 149 IPC.
