The appellants seek bail in connection with PC/5/2025 (CNR No. CHCH010022902025) arising out of RC0052024A0033 dtd. 22/12/2024, P.S.-CBI, ACB, District Chandigarh for the offences under Ss. 7A and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 read with Sec. 61(2) read with Sec. 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
