(1.) Leave granted.

(2.) This appeal arises from the common judgment and order passed by the High Court of Guwahati dtd. 9/10/2015 in Regular Second Appeal No. 3 of 2007 and Regular Second Appeal No. 11 of 2007 respectively by which the High Court allowed both the Second Appeals preferred by the respondents herein (original defendants) and thereby set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court as affirmed by the First Appellate Court in favour of the appellants herein (original plaintiffs).

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the appellants herein shall be referred to as the original plaintiffs and the respondents herein shall be referred to as the original defendants.
