These appeals have been preferred against the common judgment and order dtd. 12/12/2024 passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh [Hereinafter referred to as "the High Court"], whereby the High Court dismissed the appellant's petitions bearing CRM-M-Nos. 61515 and 61516 of 2024, filed under Sec. 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sec. 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 [For short, "Cr.P.C"]) seeking to quash the orders dtd. 2/9/2024 and 28/8/2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh [For short, "the trial Court"].
