JUDGEMENT

(1.) Hon'ble Mr. Justice J.B. Pardiwala pronounced the Order of the Bench comprising His Lordship and Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.V. Viswanathan.

(2.) Various directions have been passed as contained in the Reportable Order.

(3.) The Registry shall list this matter once again after a period of seven months to report compliance of our directions and further progress in the matter.
