JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned Counsel appearing for both the parties.

(2.) It is not in dispute that the matters pertaining to acquisition under the same Notification had been allowed vide judgment and order dated 06.03.2014 passed in "State of Haryana v. Mukhtiar Singh and Ors." in Civil Appeal Nos. 3547-3689 of 2014.

(3.) Looking at the facts of the case, in view of the judgment delivered in the abovementioned cases on 06.03.2014, the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court is set aside and the Civil Appeals are allowed with no order as to costs.
