JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is wifes petition for transfer of C.P. Case No. 163 of 2004 from the Family Court, Rourkela, Orissa to Family Court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. No ground is made out by the Petitioner except to say that being a lady it is not safe for her to travel from Dhanbad, Jharkhand to Rourkela, Orissa. In our view, this is no ground for transfer at all.

(2.) WE , therefore, see no reason to transfer the case. We, however, direct the Respondent -husband to pay, in advance, all expenses for travel and stay of the Petitioner and a companion on each and every occasion when she is required to come to Rourkela. The Respondent to send, in advance, Demand Drafts for sufficient amounts to bear the to and fro travel expenses by a Reserved Second Class in train and for stay in a 3 Star Hotel. The Transfer Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Tr. Petition disposed of.
