(1.) Special leave granted.

(2.) Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we make, in substitution of the order of the High Court of Delhi against which this appeal is filed, the following order:

All elections to be held at the annual general meetings of the company pending disposal of Company Petition No. 58 of 1979 on the file of the High Court of Delhi shall be held in accordance with the judgment and directions dated Dec. 18, 1981 in Company Petition No 25 of 1981 on the file of the High Court of Delhi.
