JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Learned Counsel for the parties. Copies of the additional affidavit filed on behalf of the Union of India on 27th February, 2014 will be served on the counsel for the M.C.I. as also on the standing counsel for all the States, by dasti.

(2.) List on Friday, the 7th March, 2014 together with I.A. No. 8 in C.A. No. 4318 of 2012.

(3.) In the meanwhile, so far as the counseling for admissions into postgraduate medical courses and dental courses are concerned, only the registration part of the counseling may go on but the rest of the programme of the counseling will not be commenced until further orders from this Court.
