JUDGEMENT

(1.) Taken on Board. Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order and O.T. is allowed. Issue notice, returnable on 15th April, 2014.

(2.) Mr. Ravindra Keshavrao Adsure, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent.

(3.) If the respondent-accused, Pappu @ Suresh Budharmal Kalani, not being released pursuant to the impugned order Pappy v. State of Maharashtra, Criminal Application No. 1788 of 2013, order dated 7.3.2014 (Bom.) cited the High Court till this date, there shall be stay of the said order.
