JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By the impugned order Sanjay Jha v. State of Chhattisgarh, MCRC No. 61 of 2013, order dated 21-1-2013 (Chh). See paras 5 to 9, hereinbelow. , the petitioner, who is facing trial in connection with FIR No. 86 of 2012 at PS City Kotwali, Bilaspur for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 466, 471, 475, 484/34 IPC and Section 66-C of the IT Act, has been refused regular bail pending trial.

(3.) Considering the fact that the co-accused has already been released on bail and the petitioner is in custody since 20-3-2012 and the trial will take some more time, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial court.
