(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) WE are not inclined to interfere with the interim order passed by the Commission. The SLP is dismissed. However, the counsel for the petitioner prays that the hearing of the matter may be expedited. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Commission is requested to expedite the hearing of the matter.
