JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice on S.L.P. as well as on stay application returnable on 20th July, 1993. Issue notice on Transfer Petition also. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, advocate accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1. In addition to usual mode of service, dasti service is also permitted. In the meanwhile the operation of interim order passed by the High Court on 7th May 1993 is suspended. The pendency of these proceedings would not preclude the Election Commission from issuing a fresh Notification for the election, if it is so decides.
