JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counter affidavits and additional affidavits are taken on record. State of Uttar Pradesh and Union Government will furnish to the Court on affidavit (with a sketch of the site and photographs of the structure) particulars of the extant state of the structure, the nature of the changes or additions or alterations, if any, now being carried out or in contemplation so that the genuineness of the grievance of the petitioner could be appreciated in the proper perspective. The affidavit should be filed on 13th May, 1993.
