(3.) In the present appeal, vide order dtd. 11/7/2023, with an intent to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement and with the consent of the parties, the matter was referred to Hon'ble Sh. Justice Kurian Joseph, former Judge of this Court, to mediate the issues.
