THE present appeal is directed against the final judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 29.11.2006 and 1.6.2007 respectively whereby the appellant (A-53) has been convicted and sentenced by the Designated Court under TADA for the Bombay Bomb Blast Case, Greater Bombay in B.B.C. No. 1/1993. Charges:
