JUDGEMENT

(1.) These matters were posted today under the caption 'For Mentioning' in view of the following statement of Mr. Prashant Bhushan that appeared in the weekly newsmagazine 'Outlook' November 18, 2013 (Volume LIII, No. 45):

(2.) Mr. Prashant Bhushan states that he has the highest regard for the Supreme Court. He also tenders apology for his statement published in the weekly newsmagazine referred above.

(3.) In this view of the matter, we are satisfied that nothing further deserves to be done with regard to this aspect. List this group of matters on November 26, 2013 at 2 P.M., as directed earlier.
