JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal is filed against the judgment and order in D.B. Criminal Appeal No.119 of 2004 of the High Court of Rajasthan at Jaipur, dated 24.11.2005, whereby and whereunder the High Court has allowed the appeal of the respondent-Nathi Singh.
