JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the affidavit dated 27-11-2002 filed by the Additional Director, Central Pollution Control Board in paragraph 9 it has been stated as under:

(2.) The Central Pollution Control Board is directed to submit the study of RSPM characterisation within four weeks from today.
