JUDGEMENT

(1.) Affidavits have been filed by the Executive Director, Oil coordination Committee, established by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and by the Additional Director (Transport) , National Capital Territory of Delhi.

(2.) In partial modification of our order dated 5th May, 2000. We direct the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to ensure that :

(3.) After considering Bhure Lai Committee's Report and hearing learned counsel for the parties, in modification of this Court's order dated 13th may, 1999, we permit registration of CNG kit fitted commercial vehicles, which have duel fuel mode facility, with petrol tanks of the following capacity :
