JUDGEMENT

(1.) Smt. Tripta w/o Sheo Karan is the appellant before us. Both the wife and the husband were tried for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34, IPC and convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for life by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul. The appeal filed by them was dismissed by the High Court.

(2.) The special leave petition was dismissed as against Sheo Karan. Leave was granted in respect of the appellant and she was released on bail.
