JUDGEMENT

(1.) Having considered all the circumstances of the case, we do not think that any interference is called for in regard to the sentence imposed on the appellant. The notice is, therefore, discharged, and the sentence of life imprisonment awarded by the courts below to the appellant is confirmed.

(2.) The appeal shall stand disposed of in terms of this order.
