JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide order dtd. 19/5/2022, we have accepted certain recommendations. The recommendation No. (iv) of the said recommendations read thus:

(2.) Mr. Anand Grover, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent(s) submits that a survey as directed by this Court, has not been done by the State Governments.

(3.) We, therefore, direct the State Governments to conduct a Survey in accordance with recommendation No.(iv) and submit a report to this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.
