JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application for Oral Hearing in the Review Petition is rejected.

(2.) The acquittal recorded by the Trial Court was challenged by the complainant - present review petitioner before the High Court. After considering the entire material on record the acquittal was affirmed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petition arising therefrom, at the instance of the Review Petitioner, was dismissed after hearing both sides.

(3.) We have gone through the grounds taken in the Review Petition and do not find any error apparent on record to justify interference.
