JUDGEMENT

(1.) These Transfer Petitions are filed under Sec. 406 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 read with Order XXXVI of the Supreme Court Rules, 1966 seeking transfer of Complaint Case Nos.10731/2009, 1440/2010, 5160/2010, 4950/2010 and Complaint Case No.5069/2011, pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gurgaon, Haryana to the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate and Negotiable Instruments Act, Special Court, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

(2.) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties to the lis.

(3.) In the facts and circumstances of the cases, we are of the opinion that the Transfer Petitions, having no merit, be dismissed and are dismissed. Ordered accordingly.
