JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kailash Pandey, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Dr. Vinod Kumar Tewari, Learned Counsel for the Respondent. On November 14, 2011, at the request of Learned Counsel for the parties, the matter was referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre where the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The settlement agreement November 29, 2011 reads as follows:

(3.) The dispute between the parties stands settled in terms of the above settlement agreement and in view thereof, Transfer Petition does not survive and is disposed of accordingly. This disposes of Case No. 609 of 2010, Harsh Kancal v. Jigyasa Kancal, pending before the Family Court, Meerut, U.P. as well.
