JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON the last date of hearing, we had requested Mr. Vivek Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.T.S. Tulsi, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents to use their good offices to settle the matter amicably. We had also directed the parties to sit and avail the opportunity of the Advocates in resolving their disputes. We are happy to note that today Memorandum of Understanding has been filed by which the parties have agreed to resolve all their disputes amicably. Memorandum of Understanding be taken on record.

(2.) A joint application has also been made by the parties seeking quashing of the criminal proceedings. After hearing learned Counsel in the presence of both the parties, we accept the said prayer and the reliefs sought in Clause "G " (i), (ii) & (iii) are accepted and the FIR/Criminal proceedings in pursuance thereof, if any, are hereby quashed.
