(1.) Special leave granted.

(2.) It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that the money due under the cheque has already been received by the respondent. In this view of the matter, the sentence awarded is reduced to the period already undergone.

(3.) This appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
