JUDGEMENT

This appeal, by special leave,, is against the judgment of the High Court of Bombay allowing the writ petition filed by respondent 1 against the dismissal by the Labour Court of his application for dearness allowance made against the appellant company under section 33C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
